Rudy

Yanez

Rudy is a real estate agent with Forte Properties. Rudy was a former Student Affairs professional skilled in event planning, counseling, career advising, and conflict resolution with over 15 years of experience in institutions of higher learning. Rudy is bilingual in English and Spanish and bicultural with a growth mindset and area of expertise in leadership and advising. Rudy was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and gained critical insight into the housing market in the near west side and south loop while attending the University of Illinois Chicago. His leadership and communication skills assist in providing a high level of service to all clients seeking their dream home or investment property. Rudy is attentive to client real estate goals and thrives on his knowledge of schools, suburbs, and Chicago neighborhoods. You can catch Rudy enjoying a sporting event or his children's baseball tournaments in his free time. 

Sharon

Knickerbocker

Sharon Knickerbocker is a Realtor with Forte Properties. Her experience as a real estate investor benefits her investor clients and gives her an added edge when working with traditional clients. Sharon’s former career as a classical pianist and music teacher helped her to develop the work ethic and educational focus she now brings to each and every transaction. She is passionate about providing an outstanding client experience and bringing clarity to the buying and selling process. When she’s not selling real estate, you can find Sharon soaking in the outdoors on a hike or at the beach, or attending a concert or musical in the city! 

Danijela

Kordic-Sego 

Danijela Kordic-Sego is an accountant with Forte Properties Inc. Danijela is a former bank manager and accomplished professional with 15 years of experience in the banking industry. With a strong background in finance, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills while ensuring regulatory compliance and profitability. She holds an American Bachelor of Science Degree from RIT New York and Croatian Bachelor in Tourism and Management from RIT Dubrovnik. Danijela is bilingual in Croatian and English. Her passion for numbers, analytical skills, and commitment to accuracy have helped clients achieve their financial goals. Outside of work Danijela enjoys cheering for her son at his soccer games along with her daughter and her husband.

Samuel

Zaragoza

Samuel Zaragoza has worked in the property management industry since 2018. Sam joined Forte Properties in 2021 as a property manager. Sam has overseen maintenance, leasing, and collections over his career, and he loves the property management industry. 

Fred

Fornilos

Fred is an assistant property manager. He has been in the property management industry for more than seven years, and he loves getting a chance to interact with the residents. He began as a customer service representative, then worked his way up to become a property manager. In his previous roles, he has worked in maintenance, rent collections, leasing, and everything else that makes a property management company work. During his spare time, he volunteers to serve his church by singing in a choir. He also loves spending time with his beautiful wife and kids by eating out, traveling, and attending school activities.

Dane

Custodio

Dane Custodio has been working in the real estate industry since 2015 and is currently an assistant property manager handling maintenance at Forte Properties. He has involved himself in meaningful interpersonal interactions, which attests to his passion of connecting with, understanding, and engaging people, and cultivating a strong sense of community—both professionally and personally. His other passions include Fitness, Geopolitics, Pop Culture, Sociology, History, and being a proud Furparent to three dogs and a cat.

Alejandro

Joleanis

Alejandro is has been a property manager at Forte Properties, since 2023. Since then, he has gained valuable experience across all aspects of the field, supported by his dedicated team. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Alejandro leverages his multicultural background to enhance his leadership and communication skills. When he’s not assisting the team, Alejandro is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and enjoys playing the trumpet in his free time.
